How can I replace a missing 'FBH_Rsrc.dll' file ?

Question

I recently uninstslled NTL Netguard from my PC and now everytime I try to open internet explorer it says 'Fatal error - missing FBH_Rsrc.dll'

Every other kind of browser works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled IE7 several times to no avail. I can't re-download NTL Netguard either as it has now changed to virgin.

Any help would be great thanks.

I found one instance on the net of someone haveing the same problem as you. They fixed the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling PC Guard....
