So Bush was at it when he was Governor. Allowing Developers to build thousands of homes in flood planes.
It gaurenteed thousands of homeowners would lose their home and be forced to take a second mortgage to rebuild.

GWB is head of a crime family. Everything he does is to enrich either himself or one of his cronies or both. And, yes, he has been bilking the public for many many years. This little incident shows precisely how much he cares about working families. He doesn't give a ****.

One of my policy ideas is ehat Bush follow the law and retract over 800 signings he has done in order to not follow the law. His main excuse is they are not constitutional. Geese, I thought we had courts to decide that!
