Give reasons to support your idea and I dont care which team you choose it should have a good reason why you think that what team will win the world cup?

Since cricket is a game of uncertainties, nothing can be predicted for sure about the final outcome of the world cup.
As it stands now Australia, Sri Lanka, New Zeland and West Indies have better chances of winning the world cup as they will be carrying 2 points each to the Super 8 as they have defeated the other team in their group in the group matches. The final outcome will depend upon as to which team perform consistently to their potential in the Super 8.

Probably the Aussies, unfortunately.
Sri Lanka & West Indies are at a disadvantage in the Super 8 as they only play one of the minnows that got through so that negates their 2 point carry over.
New Zealand don't impress me, OK they won a series against the Aussies but the Aussies rested key players for that one.
England are hot & cold, but do seem to be improving slightly, probably semi finalists at most
Aus - Sri Lanka final.

But watch out for Sri Lanka they are looking ominous now !
And New Zealand is a dark horse if I saw one ;-) ! South Africa :-/ hehe ,
But that is just my observation !
The World Cup is still wide open and we know what cricket is !
Very uncertain !
But it is going to be one exciting World Cup ! :-)

Ya momma..JK..each and each of the communities are doing really solid! (And us Hispanics are properly represented!)..i'm no longer efficient who will win..each person needs their u . s . to win, for sure..and that i have very intense hopes for Mexico!..i understand, that is extraordinarily unlikely for Mexico to win, (I hate asserting it), yet hi, human beings can dream, suitable?(: yet heavily, i imagine it is going to likely be Argentina, or Brazil, regrettably..
