Some people only give the best answers to their friends. Some people are more open minded and give the best answer to the people who might actually deserve the best answer whether it be a friend or not.

No. I give the best answers to the funniest or well thought out responses. If it is a contact, that is fine. If it isn't, that's also fine. Quality is what I am looking for.
