Yes they understand and they don't care. It is necessary for repressive governments such as the one in place in Iran ti create crisis in order to controll the natural yearning for freedom in it's people.

The US and Britain would do the same if an Iranian military vessel violated their space! Why is Iran any different? Especially with all the Sabre rattling going on against Iran!
