Do you think its possible for more than one person to share a dream with someone else? Do you believe our dreams connect us in an intimate way to the people we're dreaming about, even if they don't remember or vise versa? Have you ever controlled your own dream? Was this easy or hard? Was it very vivid? Have you ever actually felt physical contact in a dream? Do you often dream of the same thing/person over and over? Have things that happened in your dreams ever kind of "predicted" events that happened in real life?

I ask because I've experienced all these things, ever since I was about 10. I'm just curious to find out other people's experiences and opinions on this.

Please give detailed answers, and thank you for your time! :)

I don't know if it is possible for two people to have the same dream. That would be inciting that those two people would have the same subconcious mind. And we can pretty much assume that this isn't the case.

And as for the dream-connection question, i honestly don't believe that idea, but it is a cool way to think about it...

And it is possible to control your dreams. I have never tried it (i think my subconcious is pretty interesting all by itself), but check www.wikihow.com and search for "controlling dreams" or something like that. I saw it once and read it. The article was pretty believable.

And i have never felt physical contact in a dream, but i have heard noises loud enough to wake me up. Bells, chimes, etc. So if you can see and hear in dreams, why not feel stuff, too? It's totally possible.

If you dream about the same thing over and over, it could mean that whatever you're dreaming about is important in the deep depths of your mind. I would strongly consider writing the dream down and analyzing it. Again, search wikihow for more info on analyzing dreams.

Your mind seems to be a pretty weird place. In a good way, of course ;-) . Those ideas are pretty cool!

OH YES, DEFINITELY!!!!!!!! Before embarking on this mercy mission, I would have this dream of people lost in a desert, wondering aimlessly. Then this Beautiful Indian princess would always show up and say,...you have been chosen to lead all losers, ham and eggers, morons, and idiots to the promised land! YES, it's true!!! Then , all of a sudden a bright flash would appear and then all of a sudden all the people were prostate before me yelling, crying out, REV RENE, we need your guidance!!!!!!!!!! And that's how I got to yahoo answers! There are so many ham and eggers here[ except my beautiful Indian princess, Kat's] that I feel overwhelmed!! Yet, I persevere! I , the great REV RENE, WILL PUT AN END TO THIS UNHOLY UNION OF MORONS AND SADNESS!

Anyone can learn the art of controlling their dreams, some are just inherently better than others. It is called "lucid dreaming".
