Yes.. You can dye your hair.. I have 4 times and my doctor said its fine.. Make sure your outside or inside will fans or windows open... The book "what to exspect when your exspecting" it tells you also its fine to dye your hair.. Lots of things have change since back in the day and hair dye is one of them... Have a happy pregnancy.. I know i am loving it.. =)

Yes, it can harm the baby. The fumes fromthe hair dye are harmful to an unborn baby. I have been wanting to dye my hair for about 6 months now.
I am currently 8 months pregnant.

I've read that it's not proven to cause harm, but it's unknown, so no need to risk it. But, it is ok to use highlights that are brushed on that aren't absorbed into your scalp.

Hair dye is not advised before second trimester. After fourth month is safer.

it is said not to use permanent color while pregnant, but i used some prior to realizing i was pregnant, but as much as i believe it would not hurt the baby, i would never risk it, use the kind that slowly washes out, then you do not need to worry

My OB said highlights were OK, but no dying. I guess with highlights the stuff isn't actually sitting on your scalp.

I have always dyed my hair...... Just use an area with good ventilation...... My dr said it was fine..... Your pregnant not DEAD life doesnt have to stop
