I won't type a big, long story. I just want to know if anyone has received an email stating that their bank account was charged x amount for a purchase (mine apparently was from Ebay.)

I don't remember opening a Paypal account, but may have.

Is this more likely just a scam to get me to dispute it and type in more personal info?
Or is it possible I do have a Paypal account and someone managed to get into it and bought something?

I called Customer Service already and fowarded the email as suggested. Should I do anything else, or just wait for them to check it out?

Probably best just to wait. Whatever you do DO NOT enter your password into any page linked from the email.

When I get them I go to the "sign in" portion on the email and sign in a swear word for my sign in name and then another cuss word for my password, I don't get anymore spoof emails from paypal or Ebay.

i get those from weird banks alot saying my account is changed and to resubmit my info to update my account, most likely it is a scam
call your bank and stop the charges, call pay pal and if it is your account, close it,if not tell them you want a refund and tell them you have a attorney waiting to contact them if they say no, also contact eBay to dispute the charge as fraud

Oh yea, I get them from CC accounts I don't have either. Just forward them to the respective company and forget it.

No need to do anything else. If you get anymore, forward them to spoof@paypal.com.
