Cook something, bake something, clean out your closet, organize your drawers, read a book, do laundry, listen to music. That's about all I can think of right now.

I was always told growing up that if someone is bored that it means they are boring. Perk up your personality and start thinking about all the things that might be of interest to you. Get a tablet and pen and start listing all the things you can think of. I hope to God that there are some. Go to your local library and find books about all the things you want to know more about. Any good book, novel, fiction, or whatever, helps the time fly. Once you get into a good book, you will find it very hard to put it down. The hours will fly by.

I find listening to music is nice when I'm bored or alone, but then I am a complete music junky. you might try a jigsaw puzzle or a newspaper crossword. if you want something long term to do, take up an instrument. whenever you are by yourself you can be practicing.
