I've read a lot on this topic as I never seemed to have enough hours in the day to do what I wanted. The most important thing is to start your work without waiting... always keep your work before your fun because if you do it the other way around, you'll never enjoy your fun to the fullest capacity and you'll end with more and more stress... especially if you don't get the work done even after having fun.
Get a normal agenda sold at Staples with enough space for each day so you can easily read and write things to do. Keep it with you at all times. If you know you have to do something, write it down instead of telling yourself that you will remember it. Once you write things down, the stress about remembering things to do goes away.
Here is the formula for getting things done...
Think of a task that you need to do...
Ask yourself: Can I do it now or no? If yes, do it, if no, write it down for later.
Make time everyday to go through the things you had written down to do later... again, ask yourself if you can do them now, if not, leave them for the next time you come around to check (which should be the next day)... NEVER LEAVE THINGS UNDONE FOR TOO LONG.
For things you need to do on the same day, write them down in the agenda for that day.
For example, if you need to buy groceries today, and it's Friday, write down "Do groceries" in the Friday spot on your agenda.
For things which you will need to do later, for example, next week, write them down twice... once on the spot for the day before they are due and one on the day they are due.
For example, you need to send out a mail by Wednesday and it's Sunday today... write down "Send mail by tomorrow" on the Tuesday spot and "SEND OUT MAIL TODAY" on the Wednesday spot.
If it's something that will require a lot of time... always break it down.
For example, if you need to write a report which is due by Friday and it's Sunday...
Break it down to an hour each day and have it done BY WEDNESDAY! On Thursday, just reread it, revise a few things that you had missed Wednesday, and make it perfect. Therefore, you will not need to worry about getting it done on the day it's due.
Always get enough sleep.... never use your sleeping time to work or play. The only time you can comprimise is play time.... work and sleep are most important. If you don't get enough sleep, you'll give up on working... so make sure you always have enough sleep to work the entire day if you have to. Also, eat healthy, such as fruits and vegetables to keep your mind sharp. Drink a lot of water and 100% juices... the better you eat, the better you feel, the more work you get done. Always have a set time to sleep... don't sleep-in on weekends... if you sleep too much, it's just as bad as sleeping too little. If you feel that you are too tired by the end of the week, you probably needed more sleep every night... the average person sleeps about 8 hours... some can easily sleep 5 hours and be refreshed, others might need up to 10 hours. Try to figure out how much you need and stick with it.
Summary:
Write everything down
Do everything you can before you start relaxing
Get enough sleep and keep the time consistent
Eat and drink healthy
Always go back every day to the things you haven't done and see if you can do them... not if you want do them... CAN do them... if you CAN... then DO them.
Try it out for a week... you'll feel soooo much better.

I still don't know exactly , my life is random but i can tell u that i started using a new system which is to use the idea of missions.
for example, decide which thing u want to concentrate on, and what u want to achieve from it.
the write on a paper(for example) :
Mission 1: study well till studying becomes easy and doesn't bother me anymore.
and when this mission is accomplished decide mission 2 in the same fashion .
i hope my idea was useful.

You do what ever has the closest due date or what has a greater importance first. Take breaks every now and then. After you are done with that work on the next important thing.

Here is a personal anecdote concerning time management...
I work with a guy who always talks on and on about himself, his wife, his church, his parents...anything related to himself. He is extremely self-centered!
A few months ago, my co-worker and I were talking to a mid-level manager about a business question. It quickly degenerated into the oft-repeated "I, Me, My, Mine" conversation dominated by my co-worker. Exasperated, the manager started tapping on her watch! I was impressed with her assertiveness. The message came through loud and clear. "You are taking up too much time, it's time for you to quit talking!" My co-worker thankfully took the not-so-subtle hint and he wound up his monologue and we left!
What a way to ward off a person who steals your time!
