1. Put the songs on your computer in C:\music
2. Open the ITunes software, and click on File-Add file to Library
3. Browse to music folder
4. Highlight just the new songs in the folder and click on "open." The files will copy to the ITunes Library. Alternatively, you can first delete all songs in the library, and then copy "ALL" songs in the music folder to the library
5. Highlight all the songs in the ITunes library, and drag those songs with the left button of the mouse to the Ipod in the source list. Duplicates will be ignorred

Limewire is a good choice, Bearshare is another one. These are Peer 2 Peer sharing programs, basically you are sharing files from one computer to another. It is not legal of course because of copyright laws.
