how do they look at people that played softball and got a homerun about everytime slow or fast pitch... how does ratings compare from baseball and softball....how much is outfielding for softball and baseball differ

Softball and baseball are completely different. You can't use your softball stats to say you major league ready. To be a major leaguer you have to hit a 95mph fastball, an 84 mph curveball and a 89 mph slider succesfully. Speed really doesnt matter too much (although it helps) because if you can really hit then they will find a spot for you, just look at Jose Canseco, he couldnt catch a ball right at him. OF's are mostly known for their power with some exceptions (usually CF's are faster, high batting avg, stolen base guys) so you should be able to hit 25-35 homers in a season minimum.

I play baseball for my school. I am an outfielder. I am from 1-100 about 76 in speed, and can pitch too, so, pretty hard arm too.

It takes to many things to list here. 1st it takes GOD given talent and then alot of hard work and determination. With all the money in MLB these days the game has gone global. So you are not just competing with Americans and the Latin countries anymore.
