I would think they were trying to be funny...but I think it's stupid. Ummm...my brain is okay without yours! Still, everyone has their weaknesses, so I don't think they meant it as an insult.

I think its an insult...think about it, if you needed that person to make a "full" brain..then they are telling you that you only have a "half" a brain. (for all of you that only have a half a brain..that means the person is calling you stupid!)

It means they are saying you complete them--or that you have 1/2 a brain......not really sure on that one--a heart I would say would of been better

i would find it flattering if a guy said it to me.
because guys cant really think of the best compliments.
