learn music at the age of 21? listen to music all my life and suddenly decide that if only i can learn to play some instruments wouldnt it be nice. But at my age people are busy chasing a career. should i take the time to learn it??

Ah you only live once and what better way to live your life the way that makes u comfortable. Not everyone is you and you have your life to live and that's what's great about you. You don't have to do what everybody is doing. You'll never know what will make u happy until u try. And it's never too late to try something. Only time it's too late is when you're dead and gone. Hey I'm 21 and of course us college students go through changing our minds about what we want to do.

you should definitely take the time. People who listen to tons of music never have a problem learning an instrument. If you have some extra money invest in some lessons for your preferred instrument. Many people try to learn music out of books, but you need someone guiding you. The time required to master an instrument is not as much as you might think. good luck!
