If you had an iron deficiency while pregnant, you may very well still have it. I don't know if your doctor put you on any kind of iron supplement, but I would check back with him first to find out if you still have the deficiency and what is causing it. Seems to me you would need to find the cause and get help with that first before taking anymore supplements. Maybe you are not eating enough foods that contain iron, such as spinach.
Eating fruits and vegetables that are deepest in color have the most nutrients and staying away from a lot of sugar will help keep you from having up and down energy levels.

But check with your doctor first and foremost. Good Luck!

Apples contain lots of iron, so that's a good place to start. Google "foods high in iron" and you will get a whole list of fruits and vegetables. Also, maybe you should consider buying an iron supplement, or a multivitamin to make sure your body gets all the vitamins and minerals it needs. I take Centrum mutivitamin/multimineral and I'm feeling much better now - I also used to feel tired all the time even though I was well rested before I began taking vitamins.

very possible, especially if you've been extra busy taking care of the small one. try lots of dark leafy greens, Spinach (especially raw in salads, just wash it first) is great, as well as broccoli. It can't hurt to take an iron supplement also. Vitamins of any sort are great, especially good balanced ones that have a bit of everything. Also, try some extra B vitamins. they boost energy naturally.
