easy, computer is overrheating, limit usage of the computer at one time.

Your computer is probably overheating. If you are comfortable enough with your computer you can open it up and see if there is a buildup of dust around the fan or other parts (this is rather common with laptops) If theres a lot of dust clean it with some compressed air, or other methods that won't mess up your computers innards . If this isn't the case, you just may need to give your computer a break more often and let it sit down and relax. Perhaps get it a lemonade or something thirst quenching, I mean it works awfully hard all day.

It could be that your computer is overheating. Perhaps the fans or the ventilation in your computer's box is inadequate. It could be that your computer's power supply is acting up. It could be that your software has become corrupted.

i had the exact same problem with my computer it got to the point to where i would put a stationary fan next to my computer, this lasted for months until someone told me about SpeedFan. its a program that, you guessed it speeds up your computer's fan speed Speedfan download into www.google.com or www.yahoo.com and download it :)
