I'm looking for a "modular type home" to put on a rural piece of land.?

I saw some cool new style ones somewhere but can't remember where. I want to go to a minimalist lifestyle, sort of.Basically no mortgage,also eco friendly would be cool.This is an odd question, I know, but any info would help. Thanks,B
