First you stated that you filed bankruptcy then you state you have these judgments. Weren't the judgments wiped out by the bankruptcy? If so, then the bankruptcy should be off your credit record now.

Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution.

I will hereby talk from my personal experience.

I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,
if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,

a good place to start in my humble opinion is astraight to the point ebook with question and answer I found :

if it helps kindly remember me in your voting!.. cheers!

If she signed your name, that's fraud; if you were no longer legally married at the time you should have no obligation to pay off any debt she incurred.

You didn't say what type of judgments you have against you; I expect there's a place in your area where you can go for free or inexpensive advice on who to contact for legal help.
