Any married women (or even women in a long term commitment I guess would be okay) ever notice this about your man? I am currently losing weight and looking and feeling pretty great. I'm starting to dress nicer and really want my husband to notice me MORE. It seems like the times he wants sex is when I'm tired, not a good time (like getting ready for work or something) and when I am the one feeling hot (like coming home on a Sunday afternoon and the kids are GONE) the TV seems to be a lot more important than I am! Explain that! You'd think the more I work on myself the more interesting I'd be to my husband. Certainly the other men around are noticing me why doesn' t he? I'm not INTERESTED in anyone else!

I think that is just a man for you. i'm sure he loves you how ever you are. just tell him how you feel, maybe he doesn't know he is upsetting you

I've been with my husband for 11 years...I think that's long enough to answer this question. Guys are mostly visual people unless they are unattracted to your attitude. Men other than your husband are attracted to what they don't know about you. Your husband may have some issues with the way you want to do things. If he wants sex in the morning or the evenings, set aside 20 minutes to allow for this. Don't ever let him think that he's not the most important person in your life. It'll make both of your lives happier.

think about how long it's been since you have felt good about yourself - you may have been putting off the vibe for a long time that you aren't interested in him. he may not be aware of how much better you feel about yourself - tell him - trust me men don't always get subtle hints. when you a Sunday with no kids take the remote, turn off the TV & tell him what your wanting - like i said men don't always get subtle hints but if you lay it on the line & he's stillnot interested then itmy be time to assess your relationship.

Men are visual and hormones are more up for them in the mornings. I'd guess that he is seeing you get ready and it turns him on.
So, understand that he will be more ready for sex when you are running around half nekkid and looking for your shoes. Plan extra time in the morning, just in case he's in the mood.

When the kids are gone, he wants to sit down and relax. Hence the TV watching. Tell him that you have made extra time for his sex drive in the morning and that you would like him to make extra time for you on the weekends when the kids are gone.

It seems like you are putting way too much emphasis on your appearance, whereas he is remembering the woman he married. You may also be becoming more selfish, which he may not appreciate. Also, don't you dare be telling him about the "other men" you are watching notice you. You may just have to evaluate what really is more important for you.

Don't feel bad.I dress sexy and it doesn't effect mine any more either. We all get in a comfort zone which is a good thing,if you need more attention tell him.
