Write or call your landlord at that time. It is possible that the landlord may still have a copy. That would be the only place I'd know you can get one.

contact yo former landlord, but the best thing yo do is always keep a copy, even if you have to save a cop on your computer as a text file

or make another copy of the agree and just have the former landlord sign it

if you did not keep a copy the only way is to contact the old landlord to see if they have a copy
