Find a slick patch of ice. Slam forcefully on your brakes. If the pedal vibrates, you got ABS. Do this going about 10 mph in an empty parking lot. Today's wreckless driving lesson brought to you by Midas.

Hondas all use non-integral ABS units; that means that the ABS unit is separate from the master cylinder. The ABS unit if your vehicle has one will be on the right side (passenger's side) of the engine compartment. It is a fairly large silver block with about 5 brake lines going in and out of it at various ports.
On the 1991 the ABS was only on the Accord SE model. If you have ABS, then there is a warning light on the instrument panel that says "Anti Lock" that will come on when you turn the ignition key to the ON position.
hope that helps

If you know about cars then you can look at the master cylinder if it looks like a normal one then you don't. If it looks like a plumbers nightmare then you do. If you don't know about cars then go to your auto parts store and ask one of the sales people to check it out for you. Don't feel like a dummie we get this question everyday.

Quick way?.....
stab the brakes, see if they lock up.
Look in your owners manual though, or consult with a Honda Tech.
