Back to stock or modified? Complete rebuild or top end? Reoplacing crank or cutting crank? Doing this yourself or are you sending the engine out
Are you removing the engine or is someone else?
Too many variables to give an exact price, but a few thousand will do it right.
good luck......

Where I live, basic stock rebuild runs around 1500 dollars. You can go hog wild, bore it, build it to the gills, balanced and blueprinted at the Drag shop and spend over 10,000 dollars. Depends on what YOU want.

I don't recommend rebuilding engines or transmissions. Instead, I recommend buying a new remanufactured engine or transmission because that's the closest you can get to a new engine or transmission. Your Ford dealer has remanufactured engines and transmissions with the best warranties. Also compare the cost from http://www.jasperengines.com.
