I think surgery is the only option. However it can take years for it to come back, and it usually won't come back all the way. I would suggest just live with what you have. I am circumcised, but am happy with it. I love it and have no problems. Why do you want it back? Can you add that?

You can get a lot of good information at http://www.norm.org An earlier answerer is correct that restoration does not really replace the foreskin, but just getting some protection from chaffing for the glans makes it much more sensitive, and a lot of guys seem very happy with the results from stretching. It is a long process -- maybe two years for optimal restoration -- but you'll get the start of a glans covering in a couple of months, and most men start to see limited results in terms of better sensitivity in that time frame. Obviously things like your skin elasticity and how much time you devote to it means that "your mileage may vary," but all in all, if you have the self-discipline, it's probably worth doing.

Yes,there are some methods, stretching is one method but it takes a long time, cosmetic surgery is another option but nothing will restore the sensitive nerve endings that were removed along with the foreskin which is why the practice of circumcision is a decision best left to the to the individual concerned and not to the parents who have it done for purely cosmetic reasons.A truly barbaric practice.
