Yes, it's "normal" and it should stay that way! Unfortunately, we tend to hear from the groaners and whiners who have troubled relationships....

You are lucky. I was married before and really felt nothing for him after a couple of years of him lying and cheating. I didn't know if it was possible to really have a lasting relationship like you are talking about.
I have been married now for 4 years, we've been together for 7 years and we have our ups and downs, but overall I think he is wonderful.
I still think our sex life is wonderful and quite honestly, I don't have any desire for anyone but him.
It doesn't last with most people. Consider yourself lucky. Hope you both continue to be happy. I used to tell people that it doesn't really feel like we're married and they all said, just wait, you will.
If you are both really in love and want it to work, it will.

Dont listen to other people, I have been married for 3 years also, and I still get butterflies when my husband is going to be home from work any second.. I still think he is the best looking man on earth and he is the same toward me.. I had always thought we had a special kind of love that I had never heard of no one else ever having.. and then I found you.. I am just as happy for you as I am for myself.. I know you are going to get the answers that say give it time or things like that.. But I dont believe it for myself at all.. congrats on finding your soul mate tho..

The people that told you this married for all the wrong reasons, good for you that you and your husband are on the same page. I have been married for 26 years, and I still think he has a fine *** I just cannot get enough of him.

You lucky thing! Yeah, I'm with my guy ten years; I still think he's the hottest thing in trousers, got a great a**. He would like to get married, but I think part of our attraction for each other is the fact we are NOT married.. I still fancy him, we still flirt outrageously with each other...Long live attraction!

My husband and I have been together for 3 years and we still feel the same about or sex life. It's great and always has been. The people that find themselves bored with their sex life have been focusing on other things and letting their sexual relationship fall to the wayside!

well sometimes the physical side of a relationship fades away to a more stable and comfortable love.
its not often that two people keep their lust for eachother, but when that happens you should hold onto it as long as you can, to be honest i think its more because people stop making an effort and stop being so flitatious with eachother and it all becomes mundane.
good on ya for still being so attracted to eachother. and enjoy it for as lon gas you can dont let it fizzle out. x

do what is right for yourselves, there are a lot of bitter people out there perhaps hoping your fire will go out, keep the love alive and your relationship will evolve over time, dont stop talking to each other. All the best - next time you see the people who made the comments just smile.

As wonderful as it seems, you have to realize it has only been three years. It is very hard work to keep a marriage working and happy. You can do it but if you think it just is and that he is also with no effort just love, you are fooling yourself. Just don't quit trying and realize there will be tougher times and you could have one of those rare wonderful marriages.
