When you feel as if you have a booger hanging from your nose, but there isn't one? It drives me crazy. How do I cope without people thinking I'm picking my nose?

I just keep doing the casual squeeze my nose like I'm trying to stifle a sneeze.

it's probably just a minor irritation to your nose
casually rub the side of your finger against the bottom of your nose
or scratch the bottom
that way, it won't look like you're picking
