Try a really strong deodorant/anti-perspirent... I'm pretty sure a strong one is "Extra Dri" or something. Ask your doctor/dermatologist which ones work.

Make sure your deoderant is also an anti-perspirant. I used Mitchum in the summertime to help me sweat less. It's a gel kind, but it seems to work really well.

Wear looser cotton clothing, which is really breathable and will help your body evaporate sweat easier. Clothing that is tight and made with synthetic materials often trap heat in so that you sweat more.

You might want to also consider wear Under Armor. It's a kind of underlayer clothing that helps your body wick away moisture so you stay dry.

i don't understand approximately eating ordinary. perhaps it would desire to be. the terrific deodorant is definite Dry. that's in a white container and offered with the different deodorant. It was once prescription purely. you ought to use it each and every day after showering and it will truly artwork via the third day. Ask your pharmacist to point it out for you in case you would be unable to locate it. additionally, I heard that Botox injections help. some all and sundry is getting them to quit the sweating below their arms.

Make sure your anti-perspirant (if you are using one) has a high concentration of Aluminum Zirconium 18%-20% That stops wetness. (Secret and Mitchum have high concentrations) If you don't believe in using anti-perspirants try going to a fabric store and asking if they sell 'dress shields'. The go under your clothes and absorb wetness.

wear clothing that will allow you to breath.(expression)
also try a per scribed deodorant, or try ban. You may have to apply it many times. If you have sweat marks somewhere else put deodorant there too. it works! good luck.
