Metallica. For one, they've been around alot longer. For another, their music had alot more influence on other bands than GnR did. OLD Metallica is some of the best metal you'll find.

Metallica have always shown greater respect and consideration for their fans.
They never have gotten the radio play g'nr have. Especially in the early days.
I saw them once and they just gave and gave.
