As far as I know, Pat Robertson is still running around free as a bird....making stupid outrageous remarks all the time.
OH! you mean John Walker Lindh. I haven't heard anything about him for maybe the past 3 years or so....

If you mean John Walker Lindh, he was sentenced over 4 years ago to two decades in prison for killing US personnel.
