It depends on the person.

I mean, I wouldn't kill myself to save some total jerk.

I would sacrifice myself if I knew that there was a point.

Otherwise, I make the kill and get my buddy who is a criminal defense attorny to defend me.

Duh...assuming it wasn't a loved one, I'd vote myself to keep living...it's that survival thang, ya know?
