I have VERY thin fingernails. They're so thin i can bend them back and literally yank them off if i pull hard enough. So how do i make them hard and strong?

I drink 4 or more glasses of milk a day, so calcium deficiency is not the issue here.

Try thickening nail polishes. They supposedly work, and at least they'll add a level of protection to the nail so that they won't bend in the process.

Since calcium isn't a problem, make sure you're getting enough protein. Protein helps everything grow!
