For example, yesterday I worked out my abs, and today theyre are sore... Is it better for me to rest until it's not sore? or is it better to keep working my abs out with the soreness?
And does that apply to all other parts I work out? thanks

Yes, you'll want to give sore body parts at least 48 hours rest so they can repair, of course you don't have to but you'll risk injury if you kleep working out with soreness and giving tme rest just aids in the proess.

I think you should continue to work out even though you get sore muscles. The exercises you receive in the Army will make you very sore at first if you have not been working out regularly but you will continue so much each morning and the soreness will go away gradully and you will feel like a new person.

That relies upon fullyyt on the artwork you're doing and the quantity of discomfort. working for 3 days won't kill you, particularly not in case you had sleep in between, yet once you're doing this on a customary foundation or are experiencing severe discomfort or would desire to function risky equipment or doing the different projects in which you want stable motor skills, it would desire to be risky. continuously seek for suggestion from a healthcare expert if pains are severe or persistent.

Work your muscle groups every other day. This gives the muscles a chance to recover before the next workout.
