I can wear a 34B and a 34C, cup size bra. So what does that make me? Am i both or just an "In-between"? If you need more details just ask.

Makes you, normal ! Different brands of bras are different sizes and with most women ... one breast is slightly larger than the other. If you want to know what size you are so you can always buy that size, that's impossible. If you want to know so you can tell someone what size you are, pick which one you want to be.

It means that manufacturers each have their own way of measuring all clothes. My wife can wear a size 8 dress from one manufacturer, and a size 7 fits her fine from another man manufacturer. 34 b or 34 c is a normal size.
