You should probably mention it to your doctor next time you go. It's probably nothing but just to be on the safe side...
I know that people do experience this when they practice autoasphyxia... basically strangling themselves just prior and during climax. They cut off oxygen to their brain by wrapping something tightly around their neck. After they climax they are supposed to release it but sometimes they pass out and die from oxygen deprivation. Very sad but true...

I doubt you are passing out its probably your mind becomes really clear and focused on the climax you become unaware of anything else that is happening.

It's never happened to me, but my mother told me of an experience she had during a really intense orgasm. She claims she fainted and lost memory of the encounter temporarily.

It is not common...but technically when u orgasm all the blood is flowing to ur sexually orgasm causing blood shortage in ur head....it could lead to a temporary pass out...
but if this happens regularly i suggest u see a doctor....as this could be due to cholesterol or heart problems too

i think its possible as an ex girfriend of mine used to almost go into convultions and get disorientated. it made me feel like superman but scared me also! happy orgasms!!
