How can you be in higher education and agree with creation?? That's the easy way out ,when you get stuck all you have to say is "Its fate" or "it was meant to be" .When you don't feel like thinking you can fall back on " It must be from a higher power."
Tell me where the bible explains the dinosaurs in detail and not some vague answer all statement. The bible says the earth is about 4000 years old??? Did your higher education ever include geology?? Just make it up as you go.

Pick a different topic or change your intended thesis. I truly doubt you know much about evolution. To understand evolution you must understand science. Science does not concern itself with the supersticious or the supernatural (hence why intelligent design is not acceptable in science class). Now, that doesn't mean that science says, "there is no god," it is just that science only concerns itself with the natural world through a method that can test, analyze, and reproduce results. Evolution has been tested and verified, tested and verified, and so on by so many that it is a fact. Creationism is purely based on faith, which is by definition, not concerned with testable, reproducible results.
Now, I want to help you out and not stomp on your beliefs. If you really want to write a paper on the two issues, it should be about how, where, and why they are taught, not on which one is correct. For such a paper, I would suggest to keep creationism taught in a religious studies class where it can be discussed philosophically but not taught as correct or incorrect. Evolution should stay in a science class, for as my professor once told me, "nothing in biology makes sense without understanding evolution." I hope this helps.

Hard to make a thesis statement when there is nothing but questionable ancient writings for proof. I understand you "agree" very much with creationism, but it is going to be like trying to prove there will be a tomorrow. We like to think it's true, but there is no way to really conclude this without a doubt.
Another question: Why choose something that almost no one changes their mind about? This is something that takes people decades to change opinions on, is it really realistic that you can turn someone with one paper? Maybe narrow it a bit.

Maybe you should show how creationism can be supported by scientific facts...that is, what the bible says should not be taken literally but rather acts as a not-to-scale model of what we know did occur.
