how good is it to score 5's on AP test for college?

I have a friend who is going to do pre-med he graduated last year with 5's in
AP Chemistry
AP Physics B
AP Biology
AP Calculus

does he have a good shot to become a doctor at UCLA?

i dont kno if it really makes a difference. I have gottn 4s on my ap test and the skools jus exempt me from the classes. All it does is make the process faster since you took the class during highschool. It didnt help me for pharmacy atleast.
