You have to cut him off totally, don't continue to allow him to walk over you. He will only continue to cheat on you if you keep "forgiving" him. Find a man who will be faithful to you. You deserve nothing less.

My boyfriend of 4 years whom i loved so much cheated on me multiple times, and of course i took him back because I loved him so much.. and then ya know what.. he cheated again!!! then he asked me to marry him afterwards.. it was really hard but I said NO!! we broke up and about 3 months after we broke up he was engaged to another girl.. that told me something.. that he never really loved me!! and I had to except that!! A guy that cheats and cheats cant stop.. its like an addiction that is hard to kick.. you should keep ignoring him, get your number changed, and hang out with your girlfriends as much as you can until you can stop thinking about him.. and when you feel like your ready.. start dating again!!! meet new and better guys, maybe not a long term thing.. but just little dates here and there ( kinda like Aniston in the break up ) If you cant stop thinking about your ex and you feel like Urge to go back to him.. think about the girl he was with, about the times he cheated... tell yourself that there is the possibility he could do it again.. a womans heart is way to fragile to let some punk go breaking it like a plastic toy!!

As yourself why it is you "love" someone who doesn't respect you, honor your wishes, and shows only his desires are important. If you focus on the things that you want in a partner, and compare those to what you get with this individual, you might find that you start feeling less "love" as time goes by. Remind yourself every time he calls that you are going to be true to you, because he certainly won't, and tell him to tell his lies elsewhere.

Start getting yourself busy. Join a club or gym. Immerse yourself on working on you so you'll attract the man you really want.
