Usually they can tell around the 20 week mark; that's also when they do a big ultrasound to make sure the baby is healthy, has it's fingers, toes, insides and outs, etc. Even then though sometimes they aren't able to tell. It's a good indicator but I have heard many say that they were told that it was a boy when in fact that had a girl and visa versa! Go neutral on that baby room! :-)

You can find out as early as 18 weeks!

I found out at 13 weeks... But be careful! Sometimes this can be wrong. 16-20 weeks is most accurate.
