My 13-year-old son saved up and bought his own Ipod. He mowed lawns and detailed cars for neighbors and did extra jobs around the house. He had the money in no time!

I sell Mary Kay and have a sophomore in college that signed up under me that had a similar 'wish list'. She loved the makeup and wanted flexible hours, and was great about talking up her makeup and referring clients to me. SO, we decided that she should just sell it herself.
The start up is just shy of $115 and you get about $350 worth of full sized product - you can start wearing it and sampling it or just start selling. The company's great about giving you instruction - more then just on how to apply the makeup, they even have online lessons for Excel and Word (to help you with creating flyers to mail to your clients).
