I ran up a steep mountain once at a running camp. Can't remember my time. In high school we had a former national guardsman for a coach and he used to make us run about 50-60 miles per week. On Wednesdays we had this routine which we called "hills" in which we ran 5 miles to a hilly location, ran up and down a 1/4 mile incline 10 times, and then we ran the 5 miles back to our school again. Our school had the best X-country team in the state of CA.

Road marched 12 miles with 50 lb. ruck sack on my back. Took me 3 hours to complete it. I was in the Army for 4 years. I have also ran 6 miles several different times.

I'm not really a walking, jogging, or running person. What I do, do, is ride my bike for long distances. The most I have ever ridden was 233 miles.
