Is that skirt white? I've always stuck to more traditional suits: blue or gray, good quality.
Low heels, closed toe, flesh color hose, natural makeup and minimal jewelry (diamond studs, class ring or wedding ring).

I have found that in the business world it is always best to take our cues from the way men dress. A very good suit ,not a sports jacket and slacks , is the best. Most men would stay with a traditional shirt and simple tie. Their shoes would be simple and clean and polished.
Therefore women especially for interviews look best in a two piece suit with a nice not extremely low cut blouse or top and a pair of dress shoes with little or no heel.
For all the so called progress we think we have made in the fashion world, the person who looks most traditional at an interview will be noticed. Whether this is fair of not is not the issue, it is a reality.
Later if you are hired, you will find out what is appropriate for your office and may adapt.
My wardrobe always includes one or two good suits, a few nice blouses or tops, some tasteful jewerly, and nice shoes and handbags.

There are some good answers here and the outfit looks nice for (what I suspect) your age. As an employer, I can tell you that IMO women should dress conservatively for an interview and hosiery is a must. Please, no nice suits with bare legs.
It does matter to a degree what the job is and company is doing. If you are in media or advertising it would be a different standard that if you are going into banking or accounting.

The suit is fabulous! I would wear black tights, and, it depends on how tall you are, either black flats or heels. Also, you should get a fab black necklace to finish the outfit off. The necklace should be a "drop" type, because you the blazer is cut, so it will hang nice and be visible. Good Luck!

Very cute - either heels or flat ok, just not too strappy/sexy. Pantyhose are nice unless your legs are very evenly toned. Makeup and jewelry should be nicely done but not ostentatious - you want the interviewer to focus on you, not your jewelry or eyeliner.
Good luck!
