It can be hard to get it all. Always shave with a new/sharp razor. Shave in different directions depending on the direction of hair growth. If you need to, use a mirror so you can see better in those harder to see areas.

After you've gotten used to shaving, eventually the itching will start to go away. I use unscented lotion afterwards and it helps prevent the itching. Aloe vera helps too.

There are special shaving creams out there designed specifically for coochie shaving. I haven't tried them but I've heard they work much better.

The top portion (closest to the belly button) is the area that tends to be most itchy for most women. Because of this, a lot of women trim it close to the skin instead of shaving it completely off. You can even trim the hair (shave part of it) to make a design, like a heart. This way it looks cuter, is mostly shaved and not as uncomfortable.

Use a new razor, try using soap for sensitive skin, and put cream on afterwards. It does itch more the first few times, but then it doesn't itch as much.

I sometimes have to actually sit in the shower and do it or lift my leg on a ledge. You can also do that while looking in the mirror to get everything.
