well, youtube may not want them but they will still be uploaded anyways. Episode 226/ Naruto Shipuuden 6 comes out March 29th I believe, and it probably wouldn't be up with subs until friday the earliest. Other websites are www.dailymotion.com, www.animevengeance.com, and crunchyroll.com.

I had the same question answered a while ago, darn youtube got rid of Naruto :( Try going to www.animeviewer.com or www.dailymotion.com or www.narutocentral.com or www.dailymotion.com Good luck on finding more naruto Shippudden!
