Ads on Cars get you a Free Car?

Does anyone have actual experience with a company which claims it will give you a free car if you are willing to drive a car which is pasted with their ad? I recently saw an ad for AdCarDrive.com which claims you can get a such a car. There is a fee of $39.95 to sign up, which does not mean you get the car, although they also claim to have a money back guarantee. I want answers of actual experience, not speculation, thank you.

There are companies that do this but they are full and do not charge, if they ask for money it's a scam.
