No, Mars is not like Pluto at all. It is in a nice orbit that does not cross the orbit of any other planet and it is quite large, much larger than Pluto. And it is one of the 5 classical planets known for thousands of years before the invention of the telescope, the other 4 being Mercury, Venus, Jupiter and Saturn. There is no chance at all that astronomers would ever decide that Mars in not a planet.

Actually Pluto has been de-classified as a planet for some time, Mars is hot in the sun cold in the shade. Pluto is cold all the time.

Alright, Pluto is the farthest planet (well "thing" now) they think it's a moon of a planet. Mars won't be like Pluto because we alright knows what is around mars and that means we know it isn't a moon.

while pluto is a nifty place to make ice cream and cool your beer, mars is more of a place to bake biscuits and spareribs. nice places to visit but i wouldn't want to live there. incidentally, mars is a planet and pluto was re-listed a non-planet now they are arguing about it in the journals and whatever. who gives a rodent's petunia?

Mars is much larger than Pluto and therefore is not in any danger of losing it's "planet status."

No worries, mate.

No.

If Mars is not a planet, then we would not be planet. That would not be right lol.

Pluto is very very small and far away. It is completely different from Mars.

I have heard no such rumor. We should respect Mars' status as a planet because our grandchildren will be living there.
