You know like when it's used in a sentence like, "I was freakin loaded last night" or whatever. Is it?

no. its not a cuss word it's called a euphemism. its a less offensive word used in place of a bad word..

however...

its not a word appropriate to say just anywhere.. a lot of parents will say its tactless, innappropriate, not classy, rude, etc.....

but no... its not a cuss word

nah, i work at a school and i have never or heard of any student being written up for it. if you can get away with it in school, its fine. some people say if its said on tv its allowed, but tv allows a lot of words nowadays that are cuss words.

it is more social exceptable and so i say yes it still is you are just changing a few letters
