I've been there.

Some Tylenol or whatever will help take the edge off, so pop a few. Then get a heating pad or hot water bottle and put it over your pelvic area (between where your hip bones jut out), a little low. Drink a lot of water, a lot of tea (any kind, really. Chamomile is supposed to help but I haven't found any real difference) and try to sleep it off, if you can.

Keep light and sound low. If you have a boyfriend/fiancee/husband, curling up with him can help a lot. Or it helps me, anyway.

Heating pad. NSAIDs- aleve or advil, whilst you begin feeling higher stroll round for a whilst. It will harm however ultimately the affliction will leave. Schedule an appointment together with your OB/GYN. My sisters and I all had beautiful painful cramping so we had been positioned at the capsule. The health care provider will also be equipped to supply a few more potent affliction meds. The secret's cramps are from the muscle tissue contracting so some thing you'll do to calm down the muscle tissue will aid. It might sound dumb however a few deep breaths will aid too.

All I can suggest is go see your ob/gyn docotor because if the over the counter stuff isn't helping then deffinatly see your docotr. It could be something else besides your cramps such as fibroids. The doctor may have you also get a pelvic Ultra sound to see more indefinate. Like you have said you have tried everything and I think no I am positive that you should see your doctor because the longer you wait the longer it is going to hurt.

The doctor can prescribe stronger pain medicines, or advise you to take more ibuprofen then the "recommended" dose.

Also, hormonal birth control (the pill, the patch, etc) can vastly improve cramps.

alternate advil and tylenol every 4 hours. WALK AROUND. seriously, it gets soooooooo much worse if you just sit there in pain. you may need to talk to the doc about going on birth control because that helps to reduce the cramping. have you ever been spoken to about endometriosis? its a disorder or the inside or your uterus that makes you have extreme cramping.
