So0 much anger. I'd love to take it out out another human being. I'll destroy.

I did this for years friend and it never made me feel any better.

For six year I was the bouncer in a night club. There was always an excuse to beat the crap out of someone and the cops turned a blind eye because of the circumstances.

They were just glad to have someone taking care of the situations so they didn't need to.

Any way, it doesn't help so think about it and find a better way.

love and blessings Don

Where is all this nameless rage coming from? What are you really angry at? Try to channel it in a more positive way. Lift weights. Run. Hit a punching bag. Exercise. Get all that aggression out until you're exhausted. Assaulting someone isn't going to help you feel better & will just wind up hurting you (getting arrested etc). Talk to someone. You are probably going to be resistant about getting help but you need to find the source of this anger. I predict you are really angry with yourself.

People who are angry & violent often are acting out because they hate themselves & they feel helpless so hurting others is a way to exert control but it is not the answer. Learn to love yourself. Feel good about who you are & that will radiate out toward others. You are really fighting yourself. So stop. Let go of this anger. It can be done. I used to hate myself but I expressed it in different ways. I walked around angry & irritable & sad much of the time. I was very negative. I'm learning to be positive & to like myself & it affects how I feel about other people. I don't get as angry. I am more patient & forgiving.

I wish you peace, friend.

Remember, when you fight someone else, you are really hurting yourself. So stop. There are much healthier & more satisfying outlets for all that testosterone!

:)
Peace out!

Actually i can kindda understand this... Got in a brief fight about 2 weeks ago with some one younger and quite a bit bigger.. (240Lbs Vs 172 Lbs) He was bleeding pretty bad and prob had to have some pretty expensive dental work) I didnt get a scratch (and he started it and threw the first punch.. i really wasnt looking for a fight) Honestly It felt pretty good.. havent felt that alive in years...

Ok maybe its warped.. but what can i say??
I dont condone it.. but I understand it....

Let me guess...you were with a girl about to have sex, you dropped your pants and she laughed at your little willy and said "see ya". I suppose after that has happened for the 50th time, you would get a bit angry.

I hope you discover the benifits of peace, compassion, patience and forgiveness. With these virtues your life shall improve greatly and you will not get distructive feelings such as these.

Live by the sword, die by the sword... but you probably already know that.

Have you asked yourself why you feel that way? It seems kind of random from this point of view.

Peace
