cAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY RUBIK'S CUBE?

i just bought a rubik's cube yesterday and i could not put it down. Later, i started to learn how to use it. Now it is so easy for me to get one side but I WANT TO COMPLETE IT! none of the websites have been helping me and i am so confused!

Hey...I love the cube, use to be able to do it, I'll look for my book, it may be around here somewhere, but pointer number one, if your getting the top side one color, make sure all the other four sides connecting with the top line up...so if you do white on top, then the red and white(block) will be lined on one side, matching the middle blocks color on the side..and so forth...does this make sense? it's a start...

I was never able to solve one by myself but there are computer algorithms and solvers designed to solve a Rubik's Cube. One example is:

Try checking these sites. Doing the pattern to solve it will mess up what you've done so far, but don't be discouraged, stick with doing the pattern and it will magically solve it's self. Have fun and let it be solved and don't try so hard to control how it is solved. Good Luck! =)
