Don't worry about precisely who's on top of who; just ballpark. The number 10 isn't necessarily better than number 12, but is almost definetly better than 25.

I'd say Columbia, because you've got the UN right there with plenty of internship opportunities. Maybe Georgetown as well, you got DC and Georgetown has a good rep.
