Do I need to be Fitted for a Gymnastics Leotard?

I am taking a gymnastics class for recreation and wondering if I need to wear a leotard or go with something else.

buy a leo (and if you like shorts also)they are the easiest outfit for doing gymnastics.you dont need one tho you could just go out in a tight shirt/camie,and shorts.her are some web sites that you can go to and look at leotards.

Ask the instructor and see what the others are wearing. Loose (not jean) shorts and a tshirt that can be tucked in may be ok. If you are ordering a leotard from Gk, Alpha Factor, etc. catalog, they have a sizing chart on the last page.
Ebay also has cheap leotards.

Rec classes dont really care much about leotards, however once you get up to a higher level they will require it. So it could never hurt to get one. But you dont have to.

leo,s are the best thing when doing gymnastics. they usually come in child XS through adult L depending on how big you are.
85-110 pounds adult medium
110 up adult large
70-85 adult small
60-70 adult extra small

Those are just some rough numbers but I hope they help.

you need to wear a leo. they come in lots of sizes like, xs-xl in kids and xs-xl in adults. just go to like any gym and they'll probly have leos there with like prices and sizes and everything.
